About SOS

Special Ops Solutions was founded in 1995 by Matthew Titley and business partner Philip Kharma.  As somewhat recent college graduates, the two lifelong friends decided that the anticipated growth of information technology was so compelling a story that they embarked upon the creation of a business focused on IT solutions for business.  SOS became a sole proprietorship in 1998 and has operated in that fashion since.
